LiNKUP August 2022!

We’re back and will be LiNKING up with the young people in sunny Chingford this summer!

The LINKUP team are all really excited to be getting away with the young people this summer! The linkup will take place from Tuesday 9th to Tuesday 16th August. Year on year the only complaint we seem to get from the young people is that the LiNKUPs aren’t long enough! So this year we will be away for SEVEN nights compared to last years FIVE :)

(for ages 11-17 / school years 7-13)

The full cost of one young persons place at linkup is £286. However, thanks to the amazing(!) generosity of our supporters, we are able to reduce the cost of the linkup this year to £80 per person.

BUT there is an EarlyBird price of £60 if you sign your young person up before 29th April!

As usual, the price includes:

  • Accommodation

  • Transport to and from site

  • Activities

  • Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and other refreshments

LOCATION

This year the LINKUP will be taking place at the Scouts Activities Centre in Chingford. Even though we are not going as far away as we usually do, the centre is set within Gilwell Park’s 100 acres, so they will still feel like they are in the middle of nowhere!

To sign up your young person please complete the below form, ensuring you click ‘add additional ticket’ if you are signing up more than one person.

To take advantage of the Early Bird price of £60, please signup your young person by 29th April. After this date, the price will be £80. The closing date for signups is Thursday 20th June.

Due to high demand, we require a 50% deposit by this date to secure a young person’s place.
